citizens persist to purchase government lottery tickets, as more than 9 million Thai people are addicted to lottery tickets with 1 in 4 Thais or about 20 million people buying lottery for the twice a month draw with a hope that it will change their life especially within unemployment brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
