Jordan – Creative way of presenting kunafa on skewers and grilling it on charcoal
In a new and creative way, a Jordanian family consisting of 6 sisters and a husband of one of them changed the way of making and presenting kunafa, motivated by their visit to Turkey, as the sisters make kunafa on skewers and grill it on charcoal instead of the conventional way, being on the sidewalk in front of their house in Amman. This project is the first in Jordan, and it received many positive reactions from the Jordanians.
