Mongolia – Covid influences different sectors

98.9 percent of small to medium-sized businesses in Mongolia have been affected by Covid lockdown according to the survey of Mongolian Nongovernment organizations as most educational and cultural institutions, domestic transport companies, and all manufacturing, except for food, have stopped their businesses during the strict lockdown; half of them have stopped their business activity, while others have shrunk. A large number of business owners and workers suffer from difficult financial conditions, in addition to being unable to pay rent and bank debts.
