The Military Council of Manbej and its coubtryside in Aleppo, northern Syria revealed about a specialized security forces to arrest ISIS sleeper cells, as these forces depends on intelligence information, and have successfully discovered groups belong to ISIS organization, as they also seized a quantity of individual weapons
