Syria – Manbij Military Council hands over the city to the Civil Council

Manbej- – Aleppo Countryside – Syria 30/08/2016

The military council of Manbij and its countryside handed over the city to the civil council after its liberation from ISIS, to control it administratively and politically. The Council began forming administrative institutions, to establish a democratic system serving all members of the city.
