Leaders in Syria’s democratic forces and the military council of Manbej and its countryside denied in a special statement to Arab 24 news agency any agreement with ISIS on the withdrawal of the organization from the city of Manbij, stressing that ISIS gone out of the city after taking the civilians in Manbej as human shields to protect its elements from the shelling
