Syria: Security points for civilians to detect ISIS sleeper cells in Manbej.

The Military Council Force have placed security checkpoints in the civilians way out of the city of Manbej and its countryside in northern Syria, with the aim of securing the civilians from ISIS elements, and catching sleeper cells of ISIS who infiltrated with the residents, where large numbers of them were caught disguised as women.
