ISIS organization uses civilians as human shields in Northern Aleppo’s countryside city, Manbej to stop Manbej military council forces from advancing in their success against them. They kept the citizens of the town on lockdown, imposing indefinite curfews, rebels are punished according to ISIS’s vicious standards.
