Iraq: Speaker of Parliament and Minster of Defense are inspecting the progress of Nineveh liberation operations.

Both the Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri and the Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi, accompanied by the army chief of staff headed to the headquarters of the Liberation operations of Nineveh in an inspection visit to find out the latest developments in the process of liberalization of Nineveh.
The Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri called for the efforts of all parties who support the security forces in Mosul to come together, stressing the need to protect civilians during these operations and to draw lessons from the battle of Fallujah.
In his turn, the Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi met the army chief of staff and commander of the air force at the headquarter of operations with the security chiefs.
He also reviewed the military situation in the region and the successes achieved by the Iraqi forces at a press conference, indicating that ISIS is no longer in control of 15 percent of the Iraqi territory and revealed the murder of 1300 of ISIS elements in the operations of liberating Nineveh south of Mosul.
While the pace of preparations to launch attacks on the organization is accelerating within the last stage of the liberating operations of south of Mosul, the Iraqi Defense Ministry confirms the seeking to eliminate the regulation by the end of this year.
