Yemen- Dismantling of Houthi mines that endanger foreign shipping in the Red Sea

In the last 24 hours, Marine Forces of the Fifth Military area have found seven naval mines, in the coasts of Hajjah, northwest of the Red Sea. The fishermen stated that the mines prevent their mobility leading hundreds of fishermen to leave their careers forever. Abdul Karim Al-Senati, the Governor of Hajjah, said that the Red Sea coast experienced a rise in terrorist acts of the Houthi militia by planting of mines, and he emphasized the danger that the marine mines cause to international shipping, global trade, and food security.
