Every time Iran encounters an economic crisis or international embargo currency auction and exchange bureaux in Iraq, face a tendency to purchase dollars, taking advantage of the conditions and control of Iraq to smuggle dollars. Iraqi experts stated that Iran has succeeded in numerous ways to circumvent the embargo and the international sanctions since the removal of hard currency from Iraq, suggesting that Iran is nullifying the economic crises by exploiting its leverage in Iraq and withdrawing the hard currency from it in several forms, including forged transactions.
