In pursuant to the 5th Article in the Russian- Turkish agreement, signed on the 22nd of October 2019, a joint military patrol was launched by the Turkish and Russian military forces from the border crossing in Deir Al Ghosn. The patrol included five Turkish military vehicles and 4 Russian vehicles along with two Russian military helicopters, which toured an area of 25 kilometers in Deir Al Ghosn and Patrazan Village
