Syria: Water Cutoff in Al-Hasakeh Governorate Paves the Way for an Imminent Human Crisis

In Al-Hasakeh Governorate, wretched Families have been enduring water cutoff that pumps from Alouk water station for more than 24 days in a row. Run by the Syrian opposition forces, Alouk water station is the main water supply for Al-Hasakeh and the adjacent regions. The joint head of the Water Corporation in Al Hasakeh,  Nidal Mahmoud pointed out that in light of a coronavirus outbreak, an imminent human dilemma will take place, given the failure of the humanitarian organizations to pile pressure on the opposition forces to restore water.
