Iraq: ISIS Assaults in the Undulating Steppes are Funded by External and Internal Entities

Experts indicated that ISIS still enjoys the power to conduct operations targeting civilians and military bases, posing a threat to the stability of industries and the agricultural fields in undulating steppes in northern and eastern Iraq. They also pointed out that the escalation in attacks raises concerns among the people of Iraq. Moreover, ISIS may strongly remerge as external and internal entities continue to fund it.
