Syria- Concerns Among Syrians Over Iran’s Attempts to Meddle in the US Presidential Elections

Residents of north Syria, in regions not under the regime’s control, are highly concerned about Iran’s attempts to meddle in the US presidential elections, believing that Iran’s support of the Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden, will help repeat the gloomy history, which would be in line with Barak Obama’s foreign policy in Syria. The abhorred policy- the US adopted- was to show scant regard over Iran’s involvement in Syria and its unswerving support to the Syrian president Bashar. These concerns were spurred after the Director of National Intelligence accused Russia and Iran of obtaining some voter registration data and attempting to alter the public opinion before the election, due on the 3rd of November
