A bereaved father describes his deplorable son’s condition, who was released in a prisoner’s swap between governmental forces and Houthis, under the patronage of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Mohammad Rashad was found in a hospital in Aden having amnesia and a mental breakdown, given the unrelenting and dire conditions he has suffered when he was detained. He was detained in Ad Durayhimi District on the 4th of August 2018, having a wound in his leg, and was released in a prisoner swap deal
