The Kurdish bread is one of the most popular and oldest types of bread in the Middle East, due to its qualities that made the best of pastries for thousands of years, but with the development witnessed by the world and the region in the baking industry, especially in the cities, Kurdish bread has been forgotten to some extent, but soon it returned once again to the forefront and witnessed a great demand among the people in Kurdistan region

Kazeban Aziz is a kurdish women that developed her own bakery for the kurdish bread due to the increased number of her customers that want her handmade home bread.
It is noteworthy that yeast is not used in the Kurdish bread and it can be stored for 2 months.
