Iraq: Conflicting views about the decision of withdrawal of popular crowd from Fallujah

Popular crowd announced that they will not participate in the upcoming period in any military storming of the city of Fallujah, attributing this to the loss of a lot of members, as well as their desire to avoid any doubts about the violations they are accused of.
Popular crowd announced that they will not participate in the upcoming period in any military storming of the city of Fallujah, attributing this to the loss 8 members and the wounding of 14 others in a car bomb explosion driven by a suicidal bomber in Saqlawiya which the claim was caused because the Iraqi army was slow, as well as their desire to avoid any doubts about the violations they are accused of.
Decision received conflicting views, where Mohammed Al-Askari (Secretary of Defense adviser) that the resolution issued by the General Command of the Armed Forces to put the popular crowd on the borders to avoid many doubts.
