Kenya – Increasing cases of extra judicial killings

There are increasing numbers of extrajudicial killings in Kenya by police forces, many families, particularly those living in informal communities in Kenya, continue to suffer from the unconvincing killing of their children, and despite the government’s repeated attempts to address the problems arising from extrajudicial killings, there were very few convictions, Eve a 62-year-old Resident of Nairobi, have suffered police brutality after the killing of her son Robert and grandson by the police in the same year because robert had filed a complaint against the police for threatening to kill him, as did Peter Ngou, whose son was for destroying two bananas in a fruit stall and refusing to pay for them while drunk.
