Syria – Closure of 7th Rojava Festival of Culture and Art

Friday concluded the activities of the 7th Rojava Festival of Culture and Art, organized by the Union of Kurdish Intellectuals in the city of Qamishli in northeastern Syria, under the title “Green Fountains”, the festival included over the course of a week theatrical performances and cultural seminars in the fields of short story and poetry, in addition to an exhibition of plastic art and sculpture, the participants emphasized that the level of the festival is increasing every year towards raising the level of art and literature in the region, and it has become an opportunity to express the suffering and pain of the society of the regions of north-eastern Syria through various arts.
