Iraq- Analysts: Decision makers must convince internal and external parties that Iraq’s interest is above all else

Analysts pointed out that the strategic agreement between Iraq and the United States of America is a dialogue that paves the way for the modification of the framework of the strategic agreement signed under the former Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, analysts also pointed out that the most important thing addressed in the dialogue between the two parties is the need to abide by the terms of the agreement, notably the scheduling of American forces leaving Iraq and establishing balanced economic, scientific and political relations with the United States of America, adding that the Iraqi decision maker must have the ability to convince all the parties, both external and internal, that Iraq’s interest must be present and that it  is the basis and most important in all these issues, or what the final version of this new strategic agreement could be.
