Lebanon – A march calling for an end to sectarian quotas and a change of ruling system

On Saturday, a march was launched from Bechara El Khoury Square in Beirut towards Riad El Solh Square in protest against the difficult living conditions, amid chants condemning the financial policy and the ruling class that caused the “ruin” of Lebanon, and the participants ’demands to form a national transitional government that produced an electoral law away from sectarian quotas to be summarized to be able to reject the interventions of the International Monetary Fund in the country and to stop the continued collapse of the Lebanese pound against the dollar.
