Iraq- Experts: Iraq needs to unify the political decision and give freedom to field leaders to fight ISIS

Experts pointed out that Iraq needs to unify the political decision and give freedom and enough space to the field leaders that recognize the reality of ISIS elements and armed groups and the way to fight these groups in a sophisticated way through the information bank that Iraq possesses as a result of repeated wars with these groups, stressing that if Iraq follows these methods in fighting and attacking ISIS and armed groups, it will be able to reduce the presence of ISIS in Iraqi territory.
