Syria – Fears of ISIS cells burning agricultural crops in Hasaka

The phenomenon of burning agricultural crops began to appear as the harvest of this year approaches in the NES, where a number of agricultural crops recently broke out near the city of and south of the city of Hasaka and the affected area amounted to approximately 26 hectares owned by 11 farmers in the area, the internal security forces have stepped up measures at checkpoints and stepped up patrols on roads in search of arsonists who may be affiliated with ISIS and act as sleeper cells in the area.
