Yemen – Press conference on the latest updates on the coronavirus in Taiz

The director of the Public Health and Population Office in Taiz Province, Rajeh al-Meliki, confirmed the death of the first case of coronavirus in Taiz. Dr. Al-Meliki explained at a press conference held by the emergency committee to face Coronavirus in Taiz province in southwestern Yemen the latest news about the virus in the province and that the case died wednesday morning in the Republican Hospital in Taiz.He added that no new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Taiz so far, except for the previous two cases, one of which died today while the other is receiving the necessary care in quarantine. The number of confirmed cases in Yemen has risen to 25.
