Yemen – Aden citizens fear outbreaks of epidemics under a dilapidated health system

Popular fears heightened the possibility of the spread of the Corona virus in Yemen on a large scale in light of the almost complete absence of the preventive health system in the country and the difficulty of medical institutions operating normally due to the war that has been going on for years. The fears of the people of Aden increased after medical warnings of the possibility of the epidemic spreading in numbers far exceeding what was declared by the official authorities, especially since the health sector in the city was previously unable to deal with epidemics still present, such as dengue and the “celery” epidemic.
