Military experts pointed out that the next stage in which Iraq will pass requires the PMF to be present in another component and name and to join under the Ministry of Defense or the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, confirming that the armed factions belong to the popular crowd, and therefore the popular crowd is within the military, and these factions must be framed with an official framework under the Iraqi state, It is not permissible to operate on its own without an official authority or the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
