Iraq- Opening of first private laboratory for Corona virus in Sulaymaniyah

In the city of Sulaymaniyah in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, the first scientific laboratory for research and studies related to the Corona virus was opened, to prevent the spread of the virus in Iraq and to diagnose infected cases as quickly as possible, where the Ministry of Regional Health has allocated a special budget for this laboratory, so that it is in accordance with international medical standards, and all modern and necessary laboratory equipment for corona research has been provided, which will contribute to the diagnosis of virus cases very quickly and submit them to hospitals specializing in quarantine and treatment of people living with the virus.
