Iraq – Iraqi women’s women flood the demonstration squares in the international women’s day

Since the beginning of the October uprising, women have been flooded with mass rallies, and on International Women’s Day, under the slogan “Revolt in March”, protests in central Baghdad have been swept by women’s marches that began this morning, emphasizing the role of women in Iraqi society and their contribution to the preservation of permanence, the uprising in which women’s participation seemed to be the most striking phenomenon, despite the violations, attempts of killing, kidnapping and humiliation targeting Iraqi women in the sit-in squares.
