Iraq – Human rights criticism of decision to exclude Iranian diplomats

The General Manager of Najaf Health Department, Radwan Al-Kindi, stated that the Ministry of Health has allocated a health center in Najaf International Airport that works to ensure arrivals, specifically from Iran, in addition to following up for 14 days to ensure that they are not infected with the virus, on the other hand, human rights activists in the province of Najaf criticized the Iraqi government’s decision to prevent Iranian citizens from entering the country due to the outbreak of the Corona virus, and allow diplomats to enter, considering that the decision should be applied to everyone, especially after the Iranian government announced that a number of senior officials and parliamentarians had been infected with the virus.
