Attempts to bring the views closer to the start of the dialogue between the Syrian government and the self-administration of northeastern Syria are still failing, especially with the continued intransigence of the Syrian regime and its dependence on a military solution, the Russian government has been trying to have a mediating role in bringing views between the two sides recently, but it has not achieved any new results or political steps so far, and according to the Syrian Democratic Council, the path of dialogue is still closed and there are no steps in this direction, observers believe that the association of each party with other international parties such as Russia, America and Iran is the main reason for the lack of progress in these dialogues.
