Two Russian patrols left Qamishli International Airport this morning towards the northern countryside of the city of Qahtaniyah, “Terbe Sipi” in the Al-Hasakah governorate, which borders the Syrian-Turkish borders, the first patrol consisted of three military vehicles accompanied by a number of Russian soldiers, while the second patrol consisted of 4 military vehicles, and Russian patrols inspected the border area with Turkey and returned to its bases at Qamishli airport without any friction with the US forces in the region, It is reported that the US forces had prevented Russian patrols several times from roaming in the area on the Syrian-Turkish border.
