Iraq- After Sadr followers withdrawal… Al-Tahrir is filled again with protesters

Evening protests took place in Al-Tahrir Square, in the center of Baghdad, after the withdrawal of a large number of Sadrist protesters on Saturday morning. The protesters stressed that their protests calling for reform do not depend on a party or a movement, but rather a purely national Iraqi, demanding the security forces and the Arab League to protect the protesters from any aggression against them by any party that sees the popular movement as a threat to its interest, as described.
