Observers said that Iran’s decision to withdraw from the NPT if the Europeans continue to use the dispute resolution mechanism through the nuclear deal or if this file is referred to the UN Security Council, reveals the extent of the iranian administration’s panic. Yemeni experts have indicated that the referral of file to the Security Council will reveal the international cover and specifically the European Iran in full, so that the Iranian regime will face the international community alone without an ally or defender.
