Iraq – Tahrir Square celebrates Christmas in solidarity with the christian community in Iraq

Although the Chaldean Patriarchate in Iraq decided earlier to cancel the christmas eve mass ceremony in all churches in Baghdad, due to the current security conditions in the capital and some provinces, the demonstrators in Tahrir Square celebrated Christmas in a special way, through putting a christmas tree with Iraqi flags and pictures of martyrs, and chanting slogans and national songs and marches and various events, demonstrators confirmed that the people of Christian religion in Iraq provided a message of love, brotherhood and peace to all the countries of the world, after they rejected Celebrating their holiday to preserve the blood of the martyrs of the revolution who fall every day in the ongoing demonstrations across Iraq.
