Iraq: Global Village Gallery in Erbil.
The town of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region in northern Iraq, is witnessing the opening of the Global Village Gallery with the participation of 76 companies from 12 countries, 8 Arab and two European aiming to the continuation of the economy wheel which have been declining for two years because of falling oil prices and large expenses in the war against ISIS.
In pursuit of the Kurdistan region to cope with the economic crisis and keep up with what is being offered in the international markets and the continuation of the wheel of life in the region, which is blessed with security and stability, Erbil is witnessing the opening of the global village with the participation of 76 companies from 12 countries, 8 Arab and two European aiming to the continuation of the economy wheel which have been declining for two years because of falling oil prices and spending big expenses in the war waged by the province against ISIS, where the global village exhibition within the Nowruz festival along the lines with the global village in Dubai and other Arab countries in support of economic movement and revitalization, as well as providing an opportunity for consumers who are suffering from a financial crisis due to the non-payment of their salaries by the federal government to buy goods directly from the source and at reasonable prices.
The global village displays all kinds of goods and other products from all countries and international origins, accompanied by festivals and events and artistic evenings.
The exhibition formed a good opportunity for costumers to own goods, food, clothes and accessories, by prices that suit their income, which declined two years ago due to the economic crisis in the region.
