Iraq – Launch of the “Will of Victory” operation to chase remnants of ISIS north of Iraq

The Iraqi Joint Operations Command announced the launch of a large-scale military operation called “Will of Victory” to hunt down the remnants of ISIS in the governorates of Salah al-Din, Ninawa and Anbar in northern Iraq to the Iraqi-Syrian international border.
