Iraq- A seminar on the law of domestic violence

The Iraqi Institute organized a seminar on the project of women against violence and extremism (WAVE) in Baghdad, in cooperation with the Dutch Embassy. The WAVE is a pilot project in Nineveh, Anbar and Salahuddin governorates. It aims to provide women with methods to build their families, as well as raising awareness and advocacy for the role of women as a first line of defense against extremism.
