Iraq – Kuwaiti Consulate sponsors special event for children with autism

On the World Autism Awareness Day April ^2nd, the Kuwaiti Consulate distributed gifts to over 400 children during an event organized for children with autism, as well as children with disabilities (speech impairment and slow movement) aiming to put a smiles on their faces. The event was attended by many people including these children’s parents, officials and members of the diplomatic corps of the Kuwaiti Consulate. The PR manager of Bahoz Center for rehabilitating children with disabilities expressed the need for individuals and institutions to care more for children with disabilities.
