Syria – Sleeper cells are the only weapon ISIS has in northern Syria

The co-chair of the Executive Council Abdul Kareem Sarokhan stated that the battle against ISIS will be over in the next few months. This is why ISIS is resorting to the technique of suicide bombings, the latest of which targeted the US military patrol in Manbij. The co-chair also mentioned that ISIS has not ceased to exist, neither ideologically nor methodologically, it still exists among civilians as sleeper cells. The other co-chair Nazira Korea explained that the next stage consists of fortifying the institutions and internal security in order to fight against these cells.
