Syria – Efforts to restore the water flow to the apartment buildings in the Raqqa region

In light of the water not reaching many buildings in the Raqqa city located in northern Syria, the Future Makers Team in association with the Civil Council of Raqqa initiated the rehabilitation of Bir Al Hashm (water supply treatment plant), due to the water vulnerability in the city’s water networks, which led to the loss of water flow to the apartment buildings. The initiative was embarked on in spite of the many difficulties that stand against them, which amount to the lack of equipment and devices such as transformers and electric cables.
