Iraq – Efforts to restore basic services to the right side of Mosul

Municipal institutions in the city of Mosul work continuously to restore essential services to the right-side areas and neighborhoods of Mosul, especially the Old City that has been severely damaged by the war against ISIS. The local government departments in Nineveh governorate are doing their best to restore drinking water and install/fix sewer pipes  to eventually bring those areas back to life and allow people to go back home. Some people are already back, and they urge government departments to intensify efforts to rebuild their areas, paving streets and compensating those who suffered from the war.
