Yemen – Security stabilizes in Shabwa a year after the disarmament campaign

The people of Shabwa in southern Yemen expressed satisfaction with the way security stabilized a year after Shabwa’s elite forces carried out a disarmament campaign specifically in the Azzan axis, which was later extended to all areas and districts of the province. Citizens confirmed that this campaign was positively reflected on the security situation in the province, and caused the crime rates to drop, and returned life to how it was before the outbreak of war in the country.
