Syria – The Syrian Democratic Council is a political umbrella for local and civil councils in the north of Syria

After the control of ISIS Organization on large areas of the Syrian north, many problems emerged on the political, security, economic and social levels, which led to the foundation of the Syrian Democratic Council after the liberation of those areas to avoid these obstacles, where it is now the umbrella of all the political parties and forces in the Syrian north through its presence among the people and through hearing their problems on a continuous basis. It also presents itself as a political umbrella for a number of local and civic councils in Deir al-Zour, Raqqa, Tabqa and Manbej where they conduct their work in the humanitarian, economic and political aspects.
