Syria – Al-Raqqa students return to schools after 7 years of absence

The students of Raqqa city went back to schools after 7 years of absence due to the war in the country since 2011. The Civil Council rehabilitated and cleaned Al-Zahra School and provided the basic requirements for starting the new academic year. One of the school principals in the city said that they worked during the last period on maintaining a number of classes to be ready to receive students, noting that the limited financial possibilities prevented them from preparing all classrooms.
