After the arrest of Fallujah police members of an armed cell who were extorting and forcing the people of the city to pay money on the grounds of supporting ISIS organization, an investigation with a number of cell members was held and their confessions of the crimes committed in the city of Fallujah were recorded, along with the mechanism they used in the extortion of citizens.
