Iraq – Tanbur musical instrument is a source of livelihood for a displaced Yazidi

Rasho Haidar, a displaced Yazidi who works in making the Tanbur musical instrument in Khanqi camp for displaced people, north of Duhok, where he lives with his family. Manufacturing the Tanbur instrument, which he inherited from his forefathers, is a source of income for him and his family. What makes it more interesting is that he works with simple hand tools to make the machines in his workshop, which is a tent that looks like a place for making musical instruments.
