Iraq: Kurdistan region cities celebrate the Flag Day

City Center – Erbil – Kurdistan – Iraq 2017/12/18 

On the occasion of the Flag Day,  the cities of the Kurdistan region organized a ceremony to raise the Kurdish flag and celebrate in official institutions, universities, and schools, and the Kurdish flag which colours represent peaceful coexistence, joy and happiness decorated the streets and shops and public places in the cities of the region. Kurdiah citizens’ also dressed with traditional Kurdish and  Peshmerga costumes and Erbil schools also organized artistic activities on this occasion, and presented musical performances and art shows.
