Iraq – Launching the scientific conference for the reconstruction of liberated areas.

Under the banner of “Reconstruction enhances victory,” the first scientific conference of the Ministry of Reconstruction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works for 2017 was launched on Sunday under the patronage of Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi and under the supervision of Minister of Construction and Housing Ann Nafie Osei, who stressed in her speech that reconstructing the liberated areas requires a strategic plan to create partnership and cooperation between the private and public sectors through exchanging visions and ideas within a national reconstruction and development agreement in the affected provinces.
