Iraqi Prime Minister “Haider Al-Abadi” called on the Kurdistan region to cancel the results of the referendum on the independence of the region as a condition to resolve the escalating crisis between them, he also demanded that all border crossings, including airports, be handed over to the federal government by Friday, otherwise the government would impose a ban on direct international flights to Kurdish areas in northern Iraq. Al-Abadi also called on all countries of the world to deal with the Iraqi government exclusively in the ports and oil outlets during the parliament session which he held on Wednesday to discuss the repercussions of the referendum and he also stated that the government will not negotiate the outcome of the referendum and considered its results as “unconstitutional.”
